This Privacy Policy explains how Tailgates BBQ & Parties (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles customer booking information, payment processing, local cart storage, and optional website analytics on tbp.bar. 1. Catering & Party Rental Order Information

When you build a party order, request a custom off-menu specification, or check delivery outside our standard DFW and Greenville service zone, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, event date, delivery time window, headcount, delivery street address, ZIP code, and delivery/site notes, solely to prepare, deliver, set up, and support your catering or equipment rental order.

Online card payments are processed directly through Stripe Checkout. We do not collect or store your full payment card number or card security code on our servers. Your party selections, guest count, and ZIP code are stored locally in your browser so your cart stays intact while you plan your event.

2. Microsoft Clarity Website Analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay, so we can improve the site and ordering experience. Depending on your privacy choices, Clarity may use first-party and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies. Microsoft processes website usage data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

How Masking & Data Restrictions Work on tbp.bar

No Advertising Storage: We do not use Microsoft Advertising on this site, and advertising storage (ad_Storage) is always set to denied.
Explicit Masking of Forms & Order Details: Customer checkout forms, contact fields, delivery street addresses and ZIP inputs, custom event inquiry forms, and live party order summary panels are marked with explicit data-clarity-mask="true" attributes so their contents are masked before analytics data leaves your browser. Form inputs are never unmasked.
No Customer Identifiers Sent to Analytics: We do not send customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, order numbers, payment card details, or freeform notes to Clarity as custom identifiers, tags, or events.
Excluded Pages & Sensitive URLs: Clarity is restricted to public storefront pages on tbp.bar and does not load on internal order management, authentication, checkout redirect, or payment-verification URLs containing session or payment tokens.While masking and route exclusions limit what is captured, session replay still records general page layout and interaction patterns when analytics are enabled.

3. Manage Your Analytics Privacy Choice

Analytics storage is off by default until you choose Allow analytics. We do not treat continued browsing as consent, and we automatically honor browser Global Privacy Control (navigator.globalPrivacyControl) opt-out signals. Your selection is saved in your browser for 9 months unless you change it below or clear your browser storage. If you decline or revoke consent, Clarity analytics storage is denied and existing first-party Clarity cookies are cleared.
